How do I place an order?
Choose your size, add to bag and check out. You don't need an account, but creating one lets you see your order history.

How will I know my order is confirmed?
Our team contacts you to confirm every order before it is dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Contact customer care with your order number.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery for now. More options are coming soon.

Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, nationwide.

How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–4 working days in major cities and 4–7 working days elsewhere, after confirmation.

How much is delivery?
Free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more; Rs 250 otherwise.

Can I exchange a size?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock.

Can I return sale items?
Sale items are exchange-only.
